Minor Releases

You may use the sample(s) for your personal projects, beat tapes, mix tapes, independent releases, beat sales etc... that are NOT distributed through a Major Label or a large Independent Label. All money earned through minor releases/sales does NOT need to be split, provided that any minor release does not exceed one million streams on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube etc... as this will be considered a Major Release for the purpose of this license and shall be subject to the terms below (Major Releases).


Major Releases

If the sample(s) are used on any project recording(s) and to be distributed or released via a Major Label or Large Independent Label, or any Minor Releases that exceed one million streams on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube etc... You shall be required to:

1. Contact MajorSeventhSampleLibrary@gmail.com or LyricOnTheBeat@gmail.com promptly to arrange clearance for use of the sample on a Major or Large Independent Release.


2. Provide an even split of any Advances, Producer Royalty and Publishing, including for the avoidance of doubt, in relation to any sync licenses.


3. Provide (the creator(s) of the applicable sample) with Co-Producer credit (Lyric On The Beat) on the line notes of any singles or albums, in advertisements and wherever metadata permits.
